Professor organisational behaviour
To keep healthcare accessible, affordable and of high quality, cooperation between people with different expertise, opinions and interests is becoming increasingly important. Within various lines of research, I study what helps and what hinders this cooperation. Areas of interest include the participation of groups lower down in the organisational hierarchy, cooperation between professionals and informal carers, and trans-domain cooperation in healthcare.
