Research topics
In my research, I study how societal changes, such as individualisation and digitisation, and policy changes in the care and welfare domain have an impact on the social networks and loneliness of the elderly, as well as the social support and informal and formal care they receive. I examine who is and becomes vulnerable in today’s society. I am also interested in how informal care support can be improved.
