Research topics
Despite all the measures that have been taken, research and practical experience show that it is difficult to realise an open environment in which openness about medical incidents and errors is communicated to patients and their relatives. My research therefore aims to create insight into effective (organisational) strategies and (policy) instruments that actually stimulate open communication.
